About Our Team of Medical Professionals

At Blount Rural Health Center, we understand the healthcare access challenges that rural communities face. With fewer medical practitioners, mental health programs, and facilities in these areas, preventative care can suffer, and emergency response times can lag.

Located in the heart of Todd County, KY, we serve our community to ensure top-notch medical care is available locally. Our staff is here to provide the services citizens in rural areas often lack.

We’re proud to announce that we have recently received grant funding to add community health workers to our team. These skilled staff members will advocate for people in our community and help them find resources to improve health outcomes.

While maintaining our high-quality dental and medical services, we also aim to increase awareness and utilization of our mental health services. We provide counseling for all ages, both individual and group-based. Our goal is a healthier community, in body and mind.
